Ekologi Jiwa yang Merdeka: Sintesis Interdisipliner antara Psikologi Positif, Tazkiyat al-Nafs, dan Shalom-Sabbath Rest sebagai Kerangka Kesejahteraan Batin Berkelanjutan

Artikel ini mengusulkan konsep “Ekologi Jiwa yang Merdeka” sebagai kerangka interdisipliner untuk memahami kesehatan batin manusia di tengah krisis kelelahan, kecemasan, dan fragmentasi makna pada masyarakat modern. Berbeda dari pendekatan kesejahteraan yang menempatkan kebahagiaan semata-mata sebagai hasil pencapaian eksternal, penelitian konseptual ini berargumen bahwa kebahagiaan yang stabil lebih tepat dipahami sebagai buah dari ekosistem batin yang tertata, terawat, dan terbebas dari keterjajahan ego, impuls, serta tekanan lingkungan. Studi ini menggunakan metode integrative literature review dan interdisciplinary conceptual analysis terhadap literatur psikologi positif, psikologi Islam, dan teologi Kristen. Analisis difokuskan pada tiga gugus konsep: otonomi-regulasi emosi dalam Self-Determination Theory, tazkiyat al-nafs dan nafs al-mutma’innah dalam tradisi Islam, serta shalom dan Sabbath rest dalam teologi Kristen. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga tradisi tersebut, meskipun berbeda dalam bahasa epistemik dan horizon normatif, sama-sama menekankan perlunya penataan ruang batin, penyingkiran “polusi” internal-eksternal, dan orientasi pada relasi yang melampaui ego. Berdasarkan temuan itu, artikel ini menawarkan model tiga tahap polusi, pembersihan, dan keberlanjutan untuk menjelaskan proses lahirnya “jiwa yang merdeka.” Kontribusi utama artikel ini adalah penyusunan model konseptual lintas-disiplin yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dialog antara psikologi, spiritualitas, dan etika keseharian, sekaligus memperluas diskursus well-being dari paradigma performatif menuju paradigma ekologis-transformatif.
